About Woodmore High School
Woodmore High School has a proud athletic tradition, offering 17 high school sports and nine junior high sports. The Wildcats have competed in various conferences over the years, most recently joining the Sandusky Bay Conference, River Division in the 2023-24 school year. The school boasts seven state championships across different sports, including boys golf, girls cross country, and girls track and field. Additionally, Woodmore athletes have earned 20 individual state championships, showcasing the school’s commitment to excellence in sports
Woodmore High School has a vibrant music program that includes **marching band, concert band, jazz band, and pep band**. The school has a long tradition of excellence in music, participating in **Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) events** such as **Marching Band Adjudication, District Honors Festival, Solo & Ensemble, and Large Group Adjudication**. The band has earned **Excellent and Superior ratings** at both the **District and State levels**. Every four years, the Woodmore High School Band travels to **Walt Disney World in Florida** to perform.
